About us

WorksOut is run by Margaret Hanson who has 14 years' experience of advising and supporting organisations in their ergonomics needs. She has worked with large and small clients in a wide range of sectors including: public services, banking and finance, manufacturing, healthcare, power generation and construction. She is skilled at understanding clients’ needs and delivering clear action plans to tackle these. She holds a first class honour degree in Ergonomics, is a Fellow of the Ergonomics Society and a Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.

WorksOut have a network of associates in ergonomics, occupational psychology, occupational physiotherapy, occupational medicine, and health and safety who can work with them to support large projects.
